DROP DEAD ED

Silence your Critic.

Break the Cycle.

The day I Stopped Listening to my Eating Disorder Voice.

Is the Day I Started Healing.

WHAT THE HELL IS DROP DEAD ED (DDE)?

Two hands with middle fingers extended are raised above water in a large body of water.

DROP DEAD ED (DDE) wasn't born out of thin air. It was born in a fistfight with my own brain.

For years, I lived with a cruel, relentless inner monologue that never shut up. It told me I was worthless, ugly, and never enough. I believed it. And that’s the trap: Your brain doesn't just narrate your life—it creates it. Because I believed I didn't deserve joy, I built a world that made sure I never found any.

Here’s the thing: No one is born hating themselves. We learn it to survive. That "voice"—that critical, obsessive shadow—didn't show up to ruin your life. It showed up to save it. It was the only tool you had to manage unprocessed pain when you were too small to fight back or talk about it. It was your protection. But eventually, that protection becomes a prison.

For me, what started as a survival tactic turned into what felt like an abusive ex-boyfriend living in my head. He moved in, changed the locks, and started calling the shots. He’s a glitchy piece of software that hijacked my hardware. I named mine ED, for my Eating Disorder.

"ED" is a universal language though. It’s the same bottomless, critical voice that fuels every addiction, every act of self-sabotage, and every quiet way we destroy ourselves when the pain gets too loud. Whether your "fix" is food, a bottle, a pill, or just a mind that won't stop attacking you, the mission is simple: We are here to tell that voice to F**K OFF so you can finally start living again.

you stumbled here for a reason

You don't need a "severe rock bottom" to deserve a better life. Often, it’s not one big crash, but the slow, quiet weight of the inner critic that wears us down. We only have one life, and you don't have to spend it waiting for things to get "bad enough" before you reach out.

How We Get Your Life Back

We don’t just "manage" your symptoms; we dismantle the architecture of the struggle. We aren't here to put a band-aid on a bullet wound.

We’re going to rewire the nervous system that’s been stuck in survival mode and gut the toxic patterns that kept you trapped. I help you stop seeking a Fix and start building a toolkit that actually works when life gets loud.

We aren’t just "finding balance"—we’re evicting the voice that hijacked your brain so you can finally own your life again.
